We stayed in a pleasant room with a nice view. Make sure you try the food at Masala, located in front of the venue. Within walking distance to bridlington animal park, only 4 km. Proximity to South Beach, it was 5 minutes walk...

Friendly owners and good breakfast (when it arrived)

We had to wait almost half an hour from sitting down for breakfast to ordering the breakfast and getting tea / coffee!

The owners were very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Usually stay in a different hotel, but will defo be staying here from now on.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of town. We did not arrive until 21.30 but this was no issue for the hotel, the owner and his wife were very welcoming and helpful...  

Very pleasent owners nothing was to much trouble for them we had to leave a day early due to illness we were offered a refund for the lost day which was very thoughtfull 10/10 for everything

Very clean, breakfast was first class, owners could not do enough for you. Shared bathroom but luckily room next door only used on two of the nights we were there so had to ourselves.

Car park very tight. Print off a map to locate, one way system takes a bit of getting used to.

It was a bit hard to get to because of the one way system around bridlington but that is not the owners fault.

Friendly proprietor, excellent breakfast, spotlessly clean. Exactly what you want for a short stay B & B. Location good.

Service was attentive and welcoming when we arrived and at breakfast but otherwise we were able to come and go without attention which we prefer. Room was nicely decorated.
